Hi,

I'm installing a fresh installation of ITSM 7.0 for onlyIncident Mgmt and Problem Mgmt what to know if any escalation procedure available i.e. like if any ticket misses SLA then it has to send a mail to his manager as well as some to other managers based on the applicaions configured in ITSM 7.0.

Bobby,

I think you answered your own question... the SLM module would be necessary for it to be "out-of-the-box". If you do not have SLM installed, then you'll have to customize your own piece for it.
