Hi

We are facing problem with the web access of Remedy. When users tried to access Remedy client through web they were getting ‘Page not found….’ error.

We logged in to the web server and the number of connections on the server were 164 and they were in ‘Close_Wait’ status. We had to restart the Mid-Tire application on the web server and then it was working fine.

However during the above issue Remedy was accessible and working fine from thick client.

Please help us in finding the cause of this issue and to resolve it.


The Web server is IBM ND 6.0
ARsystem :7.0.01 Patch 7
Mid-Tire : Remedy Mid-Tire 7.1
