Hi all,
We are facing this ARERR [8932] and ARERR [330] only on Mid-Tier. Through normal Remedy Client end user is able to submit the feedback/Survey. We had already set the submitter mode to “LOCKED”
Below are the details about the current environment.

ITSM 7.0.03
Mid-Tier 7.1.00 Patch 2
Data base - SQL Server 2005
