For a particular change request, on change in value of fields like risk/impact etc, I want to restart or reset the approval process from begining for that particular change request. (no matter in what approval stage it is)
How to achieve this in Change Management 7? Is there some OOB workflow for the same?
I am very new to approval server so have no idea or clue about it.
Need urgent help on this.
