Hello people,
I am configuring Service Desk Express 9.0. I have issues with the email configuration.
The email configuration form only provides a protocol drop down containing two protocals, POP3 and IMAP. No SMTP.
This way the application cant send outgoing mail. I am yet to even see where it write its log files to. Please has anyone implemented this application before.
How do i get over this issue?
