AR : 4 CPU 8Go Linux
DB : 4 CPU 8Go Linux + SAN storage

The CPU idle of the DB server depends of the usage :
* Normal User usage : 70% idle
* Reconciliation : 0% idle

Yes, I speak french as it's my native language
