www.croomconsulting.com has a product called ARS DB Link to External Database.

I've tried this plug-in on a couple of occasions for Oracle on a Solaris platform and MS SQL on a Windows platform. It's sparse on documentation but works like a champ and it's definitely easier to use than out-of-the-box view forms.

If you need access to data outside Remedy, it's a great tool.
