1. RKM_Boot.Remedy

In the Planning Guide, p 50, the RKM_Boot.Remedy option describes the ability to store solutions in the AR System using FullDoc to save a full copy of each solution as an attachment in the KMS:Authoring_KMDocument form.
- Where can I see this?
- Is this how a selected and used solution is tied to the incident?
- Is there a way to place the used solution content in the Work Log of the issue for which the solution is used?

2. Workflow

RKM defines four default workflow steps: Draft, SME Review, Spelling, Final Review.

I want to define my own: Draft, SME Review, Final Approval, Publish to Self-Help.

I understand that it's possible to define which level to promote/demote to. But how do I define what level the current one is? For example, SMEReview (below) is defined to promote to level 3. I assume that level 3 is Spelling. But Spelling is not defined as level 3 anywhere.
<status assign="Unassigned" demote="1" name="workflow.status.Draft" name_type="key" promote="2"/>
<status assign="Unassigned" demote="1" name="workflow.status.SMEReview" name_type="key" promote="3"/>
<status assign="Unassigned" demote="2" name="workflow.status.Spelling" name_type="key" promote="4"/>
<status assign="Unassigned" demote="3" name="workflow.status.FinalReview" name_type="key" promote="KMSPublish"/>

Also, is the assign value a Remedy username? Or an email address?

3. Authoring Privileges

Our Remedy Admin added existing Remedy users to the RKM users. I granted those users multiple roles (KMSAC-KMSAdmin, KMSAC-KMSUser) with Authoring privileges. But when I log in as that user, the Authoring menu option isn't there. Any ideas why?
