I have data in Remedy which is sensitive. We can import it and use the system field (102)to ensure it is encrypted on the import form, however we then to be able to pull this information in to the helpdesk form.
Can anyone think of a way that we can search on this field without getting the 'arerr 351 Cannot specify qualifacation on password field 102'?

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think you can for security reasons.
Are you trying to import from tempForm.field102 to helpdesk.field102? Or do you only want to import certain records and to determine those records you have to search field 102?

The import field we have created is to pick up a file on our database. On import it will create the record containing user data which Remedy will then auto encrypt the data in field 102.
On our helpdesk form we have also created a field 102(hidden) so that on searching for a person all their details are populated. We have a field called NI number, this is the searchable field which we also need to populate with the encrypted value duplicating the data in the hidden password field (we have created 2 fields for a reason!).
