I need to change the contact information on the Issue form via a filter. I have used the set fields command to change the Company name, first name and last name (the email address stays the same), but I get this error when the filter runs:
Unable to validate contact information. Either the contact name is invalid or there are multiple contacts with the name. Press Enter in the First Name field to select from a valid list of contacts. (ARERR 50168)
The usual way the conact info gets changed is via some active links, which are useless here, unless I'm mistaken. Any ideas?

Hi,

Log the active links on return in the first name field and check if your set field is correct.

If your set field is correct, look at the execution order of the filter which generate the ARERR 50168 and your filter which set the contact information...
