Hi,
We have a KM in SAP which stores the solutions for common issues. A interface in Remedy ticketing system to SAP should be designed for the support analyst to view the solutions on the Remedy client tool when working on the fault ticket.
Any idea how this can be done? Please suggest some solution

Hi..we need to search for solutions from the SAP KM module through Remedy user client.
For example, the solutions for know issues are stored in SAP KM. Support technician working on the Remedy ticket should be able to enter some keyword in a text box and click search to fetch the matching solutions from the KM
Hello, we did a connection (not to SAP KM but to SAP SolMan and SAP IMS) via SAP-XI. They can offer WebServices and translates that to the RFC's SAP can understand. Regards
