Why is it that when i open our "Service Report" created under crystal reports via user tool 4.5.2 it says "Cannot Open SQL Server" Wherein in the user tool 5.1.2 everything is working fine. as well with our other users

Notes: I have installed user 512 as well as 452 in my pc to be able to test some active links in both versions, and both me and my team mates are experiencing this, in short, only admins experienced this in our office.
