Hi all,\r\nwe're using ITSM V7 FR application. We have ITSM7 .I have service desk 7.02 (incident and problem management), change management7.02 , Asset management 7.02 and CMDB 2.01 witch patch 03.
I waited for the patch 04 or 05 to correct the problems of localization and other met in the application ITSM7. To my surprise, when I apply the patch 04 or 05, my sights in French are overridden, certain fields are overridden as well as certain developpement of my application.
Can you indicate me how correcting these problems?

Ohh!!
Did you make a backup before you patched it?
When you patch it you always run the risk of loosing any customizations you've made and as far as I know, the installer does not create a undo.def file for you to revert back.

I would suggest you submit the Localization error to BMC so they can have a look at it
