Hi, my sla works, fine but this morning i change a milestone, and try to re deploy my sla .. and thats not work ... nothing happen .. sla don't deploy ....
i try with another sla .. same thing ...

anyone have an idea

sla 6.0

im getting that in the aerror.log now when i try to update a ticket ...

when i check the knoledge base in remedy web site.. i see a link between the sla and this error .....
but i can't find a solution ....
i open a ticket directly at remedy ... but ... you know ...

Check the Business Day / Holiday day definitions in Configuration Manager...

Is the SLA getting built? Pl check the Business hours/ Holiday tag, in the ticket (if tagging is proper).

SLA are need to be built ....

im getting the error when i change status of a ticket, when i have a old deleted sla on it, or when i don't have any sla, but im suppose to get the one not build attacht to that ticket ...

if the sla is not attched to the tickets, thats works fine ...i cna modify whithout any errors

the first part of my problem is solved .... no more error about business time ...
now the sla don't deploy .. any idea ?

the service bvrsbrie.exe is running correctly on the swerver .. but the sla don't deploy

check applicaton pending form.Delete all existing entries and restart SLA engine.
SLA should get built. you can deploy it afterwards.
