We need to be able to sort on the next calls to go over SLA. Our homepage uses the SHR:ConsolidatedList form for a table view.
Would the easiest way be to add the SLA:Measurement data to the SHR:ConsolidatedList form and view it this way?

If so this would invovle push fields into the ConsolidatedList form? Bear with me, new to all this!

Cheers

If you want to sort tickets based on SLA(in your homepage), in a table, use Sort Tab of the Table field properties.

If you want to calculate which is the next ticket to violate SLA, use esclation on your Helpdesk to determine the same.

To measure SLA on SHR:ConsolidatedList, you need to push all the values (imp 4 SLA calculation) to this form.
