Hello People,

I installed AR 7 on a Win 2003 server. I can log into the Admin & User tools without any issues.

The Midtier config page opens correctly and works correctly as well, but when i try to login to the home page from the Application system, the two Buttons "Login" and "Clear" wont work.

I tried accessing the Home page from another system and i get the ARERR [623] Authentication failed.

I have changed the configuration tool password to be thesame as the Application Password and the issue still remains.

It seems that you type a wrong Mid-Tier password in the server section in the Mid-Tier Configuration...

I have changed that. And the error still persists.

Did you verify that the Mid-Tier password you type in the Mid-Tier configuration is the same than the Mid-Tier password defined in the AR System server configuration?

Yes i did. Could the Patch be an issue as well? I dont have any patches installed and i have Version 7.0.00 installed.

Apart from Bmc site, does anyone know other site i can download the latest patches for AR Server 7?

Patches are only offered on the BMC site for customers with valid support contracts.
