My name is Shawn Turner and I am a National Recruiter for TEKsystems focused on a particular National Telecommunications Account. This company has a consulting group, that provides high level expertise to some of their most critical customers. This consulting group is currently working on the Pentagon refresh project and they have an onsite Remedy team as part of an Enterprise Application group. This team is looking to add an additional resource.

Please note that an ACTIVE DoD SECRET OR TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. (Interim and/or expired can not be considered at this time.)

The Remedy team on this engagement is responsible for performing customer requirement analysis, workflow development, and workflow integration into the Helpdesk solution. In addition to development, the Remedy team is also responsible for administration and maintenance of the Helpdesk solution.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Remedy ARS, MidTier, and DSO development and administration. Approx. 6-8 years directly related experience. Database technology concepts and terminology knowledge. Experience with Oracle, specifically stored procedures and complex queries. UNIX experience, in particular Solaris, especially shell scripting. Development experience with Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports. Ability to develop solutions quickly. Strong communication and analytical skills, and outstanding customer service skills.

Desired Skills:
Experience with XML, SOAP, Perl (ARSPerl), C, Java, Remedy API and Oracle are highly desired.

This job requires on-demand work schedule changes to meet business needs.

This position is a W2 CONTRACT position that is scheduled to last into 2008, it could even likely be extended further, however that is not guaranteed.
