Hello,

I have two views of a form, say form x, that is a join with the ap:detail-signature form.

view A shows all pending requests for the logged user in a table.
View B shows only specific opened pending request.

Approvers, who have fixed licenses, complained that when they try to approve using form x/view A an error message pops up stating that the user has no access to field "process", while if they try to approve using view B, no error happens.

the strange thing is that this error does not happen all the time! approvers can approve from view A with no problems!!

could anyone advise on this manner?

Thanks a lot.
Good Day \:\)

Does the same error happen to the same people always, or do does the same person only get the error now and then?

Also make sure they DO have a fixed license in the user form (I got a case in ITSM 7 where this (ITSM's config) didn't always match up (the user form))

If some users work and some don't make sure that their groups match up. What permissions does the process field have?

Hi,

thanks for the reply. i think i just found out what the problem is! it's not about permissions; it seems that when the approver approves a selected row in the table after approving one before, the modification happens to the same request that was affected by the first approval!

i dunno if i'm making any sense here...

thanks again \:\)
