In ITSM Problem Management schema, when one has to assign the problem to a user, the assigment via Remedy User client is being made using a menu (which uses three other fields using support group assoc lookup form). How does one set that menu field when using an API. I am using Java API but if one knows how to do this via C API, I don't mind knowing that either - to get some idea.
A code snippet will be of great help.
