I have to get a Report of tickets that a particular person has worked on in the last 15 days. I want to get the Report with the help of a macro. the problem is that after the ticket is resolved it is reassigned to another Group and someone else updates the ticket (hence can't even check on the 'last modified by' field). can someone please help me on this?
hey I do not have much knowledge of Remedy, please tell me how do I log the activity of each ticket of the Helpdesk form in another form without writing any activelink/filter on the helpdesk form. pl clarify.
