I have to get a Report of tickets that a particular person has worked on in the last 15 days. I want to get the Report with the help of a macro. the problem is that after the ticket is resolved it is reassigned to another Group and someone else updates the ticket (hence can't even check on the 'last modified by' field). can someone please help me on this?

Hi,

First why using a macro which is a depreciated method?

You can log the activity of each ticket in another form and run the report on a join form between the ticket and this form.

hey,
I want to get the Report in an excel sheet which I have to submit every 15 days. so how do I do it?

Using an open window action in active links to run the report.

Or you can use runmacro on the server to generate and send this report automatically evry 15 days... \:\)

We do not have terminal service access for the production server.

we do not have the server access. we can only access ARAdmin and ARUSuser.

You don't need a server access to generate automatically the report and send it by email... \:\)

hey we are not supposed to make any active link/filter changes/addition on the HelpDesk form. so how do we get the report?

hey I do not have much knowledge of Remedy, please tell me how do I log the activity of each ticket of the Helpdesk form in another form without writing any activelink/filter on the helpdesk form. pl clarify.
