Getting this error when trying to run the licmon.pl program:

Can't locate ARS.pm in @INC (@INC contains: c:\progra~1\Perl\lib c:\progra~1\Per
l\site\lib .) at C:\rlm\licMon.pl line 12.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\rlm\licMon.pl line 12.

Confused about one line in your readme.txt:

"- Then, make sure to chmod 755 licMon.pl . "

What does this mean?

How do yoyu get this to work in Windows NT or Windows 2000?

If you are trying to run the perl script you need to install ARSPerl. More information about ARSPerl here: http://www.arsperl.org.

If you run the LicMom.exe you dont need ARSPerl installed on your computer.

The chmod 755 stuff is a unix thing. This sets the correct permission on the file.
