hi!

what i observe when i'm loading the help desk case is that there are errors ocurring that prevents my form from working properly, do anyone of you understands this following errors:

1. 'arActLinkMgr.SelectDlg' is null or not an object
2. 'arActLinkMgr' is null or not an object

because of this errors it also prevents me from closing all forms in logout.

these errors are shown when my browser loads the helpdesk case form, and it is seen in the error box... at the lower left corner of Internet explorer.
