Hi All,
I am facing lot of issues during migration process from remedy to remedy application. I am unable to import the Clob and blob fields using the remedy Import. Is it possible if i use migrator and what is the other way to import the clob fields.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Satish

Try exporting and importing data from backend (database) in all the three tables - T, B & H

This should be much faster.

Hi,

Is it attachements your lob problem?

You just have to map to the Full name both fields with a space character \:\)

Thank you Vincent. It works fine for me. One more question Can we define qualifications using the Remedy Import tool like
If X = Y
then make y = z

Please Advice.

Thanks,
Satish

No, you can just define fallback mapping, but you can do this by workflow...

Are these 10 record selected from the result list before you run the report?
