everything's been running quite well with our remedy mid-tier 6.0, but for some unknown reason i have realized that the attachment pool in mid-tier doesn't work. since in the client, when you right click the attachment field, you would easily place the file you wanted to attach but in the mid-tier its different. so how can the attachment field work?

as with the search bar, you can place the condition there,but the problem is how can it search?

hm...one thing i know, You will see the "Add" button on the attachment pool, when you are in "Submit" mode and click on each attachment field.

try to enter your url like http://<midtier server>/arsys/forms/<server>/HPD:HelpDesk/Support/?mode=Submit
