We the need for a Remedy Consultant who will be responsible for:

• AR System Development
• AR System Administration
• Customizations
• Standard integrations between Remedy and third-party software (e.g. paging, knowledgebase, etc.)

We also are searching for a Senior Remedy Business Process Consultant to:

• Perform requirements and application analysis for new system development
• Architect / design services for robust and scalable solutions meeting customer requirements
• Participate in complex AR System development
• Lead a team of developers
• Design complex integrations between Remedy and third-party software
• Improve business processes, desing processes and best practice services
