Hi ask Remedy support to know if it is possible to automate a crystal report (lauch in Remedy) and Remedy say no its not possible ...

Do you think it is true ? its really impossible to automate, report lauch from remedy (in crystal) run it with an escalation and pass the date parameter or something like that ?

if its possible can you give me a global idead how to do that, becaus ei really don't know

I don't know if it's possible or not using crystal reports, but I used to generate pdf when I need to generate reports on server side.
