without having to create new active links for each form?

The short answer is copy the AL to each form in the Administrator tool.
Open the link, click File-Save As and give it a new name, then change the
Form name in the link. If your AL runs some generic function like Commit
changes, or a generic macro - say Close Window - this will be OK.
If your AL or macro involves fields in any way - qualifications, set fields,
buttons, etc., it's not so easy. If you have been careful to ensure that
all the involved fields are identical in each form - field type, field id -
then you'll still be alright. Otherwise you will have to correct all the
field values. Sometimes its easier to work from scratch.
