MidTier does not display the details of any of my previously logged HelpDesk calls when I click (on the Requester console) the link that should display the details. It displays the details of another requester's calls using the same MidTier. However, I do not have this problem using the User tool; I can see all my details using the User Tool. What can I do to ensure that I can see my log requests' details? Please help.

Check that the server alias used to open theses windows is not hardcoded... You can use my Advanced Admin Tool to do this

Then check that the server alias defined in AR System configuration is the same as used in Mid-Tier configuration. If not, prefer to change your Mid-Tier configuration.
