How can the Assigned Requests table shown on the Remedy Support form be automatically updated/refreshed,without clicking the Refresh Button on the same form, when a new request is submitted/saved on the Helpdesk form?

Case study for the above question: Let there be 2 Remedy users 'Supporter' (a member of Support group that handles requests) and 'Requester' using two diffrent machines at the same time. Each time the Requester logs a request against the Supporter, the Supporter wants the table of the Assigned Requests to be automatically updated on the Remedy Support form (to reflect the newly assigned requests from the Requester) without clicking the Refresh button the Remedy Support. Is this type of update possible, if yes, how?

Another disadvantage of doing things on intervall is that you could have problems with floating license. The refresh will prevent the release of floating license after 1h inactivity, because there is no inactivity. The amount of used license could rise so much that this license type is not useful (costs).
