Is there anyone integrating Siteminder with Remedy mid-tier and using AREA LDAP plug-in? My problem is after passing the login page of Siteminder, I need to login again on Remedy login.jsp. Please help.

For the part of integrating with Remedy and AREA LDAP Plug-in, could you please assist what needs to be done. I changed "config.properties" file as below.

arsystem.authenticator=com.remedy.arsys.session.CustomAuthenticator

However, I have no idea what "myauthenticator.properties" could be.

arsystem.authenticator.config.file=myauthenticator.properties

On page 11, the document "Integrating AR with SSO" says "The AREA plug-in must be matched with the correct authenticator object during configuration because the plug-in and the object must be synchronized to perform the authentication/authorization as a complete SSO solution"

What is the correct authenticator object??
