I apologize in advance for posting this question as I'm sure it has been covered already. I just can't seem to find it on the forum.

I am trying to change the logo on my Helpdesk forms. I'm pretty sure I have figured out how to do one form but before I do it I wanted to know where the original Remedy logo is stored. Is it embedded into each form? Or is it called from another location? I would like to know this in case I need to revert back to the original.

Also, is there a way to change all Helpdesk forms at the same time?

Theses logos are embedded on each view on each form...

Is there a way to replace the image with the same image on multiple forms at a time? Or do I have to replace them one by one?

Hi,

You need to do this manually on each view for each form...

You can also try to develop (and share ) a tool to do this in API...

Unfortunately that is not my area of expertise. If so I would develope it and gladly share.
