Job Description
Our client, a Fortune 100 enterprise organization, is seeking candidates to assist with the development of enhancements and additional functionality in their Remedy environment, which is one of the largest systems in the world. Our client is looking for individuals with a solid background and knowledge of enterprise Remedy systems. Candidates should have extensive development experience in a Unix environment.

Our client is currently undertaking a project that will migrate legacy Remedy applications into a new development and production environment. This individual will be assisting with that project in a development and supportive role. The legacy Remedy applications utilize Crystal Reports as well, so any experience with Crystal Reports is extremely helpful.

Job Duties:
Remedy
- Responsible for developing applications using the Remedy Action Request System version 5.0 or higher
- Responsible for providing technical support for an enterprise-wide trouble ticketing application
- Assisting with the migration of legacy Remedy applications to new Remedy development and production environment.

Education:
- BS Degree in Information Systems, or Computer Science or similar fields
- Equivalent years of industry experience in a related environment may be substituted.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using the Remedy Action Request System (Version 5.0 or Higher)
- 5+ years UNIX experience
- Experience with Crystal Reports very helpful
