To be honest, I don't have a clue about what you are trying to do.

I understand you want the result to be more fixed licenses.

But your suggested path to get there, I dont understand anything of it :-(

not sure what you are trying to do either. I'm not familiar with the term 'club' as it is not a term that Remedy uses with regard to their licensing. Are you trying to say purge or clone?

I assume you are speaking about fixed user licenses that you have in QA and DEV but you need to state what you mean. Do you have a support contract with Remedy? You can open a call with licensing or speak to your sales rep about what you need. Sales reps can issue temporary licenses for development purposes.

I am sorry guys for my late reply but the problem i may explain it clearly.

We have some fixed licences in our Dev environment and some fixed licences for the testing environment. My question was
let me explain with an example
Suppose a person has fixed licence in Dev environment and same person has the fixed licence in QA environment. Is there any way i can provide that person with one fixed licence to work for both QA and DEV. I am sorry if i am still not to the point.

Thanks,
Satish

Satish,

There is no centralized 'licensing server' for Remedy. Each individual AR Server checks its own license pool and User form for licensing needs. Splitting a single license across two servers, as you detail, is impossible.

That user can most definitely have a fixed on all three environments and still stay within the bounds of compliance, if that makes sense.

Hope that helps!
