My Flashboard does not get displayed in Remedy User Forms, but it is displayed when the form is shown on the web thro' the Mid Tier. What do I do to display the Flashboard in Remedy User. Please help.

Hi did you check the application password.
From the release 7 you have to put password during the installation process. You should update the Mid Tier configuration with these password and it will work

Did you declare your AR System server in the Mid-Tier configuration with the fully qualified domain name?

Is the AR System server accessible on the client running Remedy User using the same name declared in the Mid-Tier configuration?
