Hi All,

Are there any equivalent classes / methods for the following API calls in .Net dll provided by Remedy?

ARAssign, AREncodeARQualifierStruct & ARDecodeARQualifierStruct, and AREncodeARAssignStruct & ARDecodeARAssignStruct
and ofcourse the structures used by them
ARQualifierStruct,ARAssignStruct, ARFieldAssignStruct

I am not able to find them from the Help file provided alongwith Dotnet.dll
The documentation does refer to something called ARGetQualifierString as in the following paragraph

Value for {@link Util#ARGetQualifierString ARGetQualifierString"/> and {@link Util#ARGetQualifier ARGetQualifier"/> in {@link Util"/> class used to parse a qualification from an escalation.
"
but that's it. Can't find any Util class also

Please help.
