How to I make out if my DSO licenses have expired? From the license tool it shows me just the Issue Date (Some Feb 05) but does not have the expiry date.

I can create DSO mappings on the server. Does it mean the DSO license is active?

By Push Field, Export/Import, API program, directly in DB...

I created a DSO mapping and a filter that would fire on Submit/Modify and Merge. When I update/insert a record in the form; a corresponding entry appears in Distributed Mapping form but it is not transferred to the next server. The status changes to 'Retry' from 'New'. Change of status means that the DSO process is running but then why are records not being DSO-ed? Any clue?

Check the DSO settings in both server configurations.

Hi,

You need to check the following on both server :
* Private queue assigned to the DSO.
* DSO local password
* Target connection settings
* The same user admin account on both server (to create DSO objects)
* The network settings
* The network connectivity

Configuration is fine but I am getting error 3003 which says that:

Pending distributed operation for this request canceled due to error.
An error occurred while trying to transfer or update a request. If there is a Transfer or Update Status field on the request, the field is updated to the status Canceled. The details of the error are contained in an associated error message.

Dont know what the reason can be. Any idea?

Try importing that record to the target DSO server/form. If memory serves, both DSO and the Import tool use the "Merge" action type. You may be able to get a more comprehensive error that way.
