I have special request .
If the user has already logged into Windows Domain, Cannot we use the same logon credentials to get into Remedy web client. without logging in again in the Remedy Web Browser , If someone has worked on this , please let me know hoe can we accomplish this task . It is very critical for me at present.

Hi,

You can do the following :
* At the import or synchronisation of the AR System users, crypt the password.
* Use the IIS integrated auth and crypt the password with the same method. Then use this password to call Mid-Tier.
