We are in need of a Certified Remedy trainer for a 2+ month contract. You
will be working in Memphis Tennessee, Paris France and Sydney Australia.
You need to have experience in the following:

Certified Remedy Trainer
AR V6.3 experience
ITSM V6.0
Courseware development
Successful track record and recent experience both developing and
delivering Remedy User and Admin training programs.
Professional and exceptional communicator
