What are you AR Server and web server environments? This would help
people respond more precisely to your issue.
I have seen this on HP-UX 11i, wherein installing the latest OS patch
made the problem disappear.

Its something to do with instability on the OS your web server is on..
Apparently it looks like your RPC service is dying periodically.. We had
this problem on one of the clients - a windows clients and running a
Microsoft Update and bringing that client up to date seemed to have
resolved that problem...
