We've just rolled out the mid-tier to our support users. They like the Support Console as-is, duplicating the Remedy client OOB look-and-feel.
Thing is, we want to roll out the Requestor console to the customers, and that'll need a face-lift.
I was told once that any presentation changes we make will affect everything -- both Requestor and Support console. Personally, I would think that different presentation for the Requestor forms is as simple as pointing them at a different stylesheet. But then, I don't know Remedy.
Can someone set us straight? Preferably with a response *other* than RTFM? :-)
