We are getting a serious Malloc Error (CopyCache) and due to this error server is restarting. We have already increased the process timeout. But it is still coming. Log is:

Hi Tarun Sharma,

This would definitely be an email where you need to include your servers
OS, DB, ARServer version and patchlevel.

I have seen similar things on server version 6.3.0 patch 15, and fixed
this by using patch 14 instead. It may be worth to try the new patch 16.

I also saw this with an Oracle installation version 9 that had installed client utilities on the ARServer system that had a memory leak.

Hi Tarun,
I think I am familiar with this problem,
1) Stop the ARS Engine, Email Engine and the Flashboard server running
2) Shutdown Jboss
3) Restart the ARS Engine, Email Engine and the Flashboard server
4) Start Jboss

If you get an error while shutting down Jboss. Look out for open jboss processes that start with the run.sh command on Jboss. Grep those processes and Kill them. Once done restart the AR Engine, Email and Falshboard server with the script that we have as the script also sets the x windows display parameters for the HPUX box. This should solve the problem.

Also before trying the above steps try releasing the current users licence from the Admin tool and if required clear the midtier cache.
