Has anyone built workflow to retrieve multiple attachments from the Email Messages form to a Help Desk ticket. I have been able to build something that will pull in a single attachment, but have not been able to figure out how to handle multiple attachments. This would be for a new request coming in via email to the email messages form, where the attachments are stored in a separate form and each individual attachment has its own record.
