Are they any Flashboard experts out there?

We are evaluating Flashboards. I have played with it a bit and given some examples to the users.
One of the user groups wants to be able to open a schema, run a query, once the query completes, have a flashboard pop up with the data from that query displayed.

Basically I want to know if and how to create a Flashboard with a query result passed into the Flashboard.

We are running:
ARSystem 5.1.2 on Windows 2000 with SQL Server 2000.
Flashboards 5.1

Thanks,

I am not an expert by a long shot, but I do use Flashboards.

Your question seems to me to be opposite from what Flashboards are for.

You could create a Flashboard on the schema in question using the query specified and have it updated on almost any interval.

When they open the schema it will be there. They don't need to do anything.

Hi Eric,

Looks like customqual maybe what you are looking for. Check the
Flashboards Administrators guide page 118 which shows how you can
dynamically change the qualification for a flashboard. Hope this is
useful.
