I have an immediate need for a Remedy Developer for a 1-year engagement in Charlotte, NC.
Here are the details:



Job Title: Remedy Developer/Administrator

Company: KPBS, Inc.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hourly Rate Range: $60-$70 per hour DOE (The rate does NOT include T&E, so if you are not local, please keep that in mind. )

Responsibilities: Requirements analysis, design, development, testing, rollout of ARS enhancements and new applications. Support for existing environment, including administering an existing ITSM implementation. The main focus will be maintenance/administration/configuration of existing applications and a version upgrade (5.1 to 6.3) in the near future.

Qualifications: Required Skills - Working knowledge of Remedy configuration and administrative tasks . Hands-on experience with ITSM applications . Experience in the software development lifecycle; business requirements, analysis, functional requirements definition, system design, construction, testing, implementation, support. Remedy ITSM Suite development and administering. Experience in ARS server upgrades.

This is a 1-year contract position.
