From what I've heard, ARS 7 will fully support unicode from the Server level, but not at the client level.

Until recently, I realized that ARS is not Unicode compliant. (refer to the
KM-000000018046.
Can any tell whether ARS 7 will fully support Unicode? In other words, users
can insert any lanaguage in a single field of ARS form.
