Remedy Developer
- Development of existing and new Remedy systems

Experience and Skills:
- Advanced Remedy Development Skills;
- Advanced capacity planning;
- Excellent planning and design skills;
- Able to write key components of a proposal and system requirement documentation, including estimation and costing;
- Perform quality assurance for all configurations;
- To participate in the analysis and delivery of new functionality;
- ARS 6.x development experience desirable;
- Oracle / Solaris experience advantageous though not essential;
- Experience with Helpdesk, Change and Asset;
- System tuning experience.
