Has anyone built any bi-directional integration to PeopleSoft that would be
willing to share how it was done. Is there a white paper available? Looking to integrate ITSM - Asset/Procurement with PeopleSoft Procurement/Provisioning.



Also is there an OTB integration that can be acquired for integrating AR
System to PeopleSoft.

Dude,

Try TIBCO. We have used it on the project that I am currently working on to do exactly the same thing that you want to do viz a bidirectional gateway from Remedy to PeopleSoft. Easy to setup once you know what you want.. Its a great tool and I think I would reccommend it to anyone who wants a easy plugin to other systems..
