We are currently looking for Remedy Developer/Administrator to support the OSI program. Candidate shall demonstrate expertise in a variety of the software engineering concepts, practices, and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position also includes hands-on deployment of custom applications using Remedy ARS, draft requirements, performs testing and develops training documentations. You shall utilize Remedy/BMC products and create solutions that meet the customer needs. You shall also document the life cycle process and maintain business rules establish by the Air Force. You must be a self starter, have the ability to work independently, possess good communication skills and be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. In addition, you must have the ability to set priorities, manage time, and work with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirement:

Experience Remedy Administrator, complete understanding of Remedy ARS system and the robust capabilities that can be accomplished. Has knowledge of Windows 2000 environment. Capable of learning new technology quickly and able to apply knowledge learned in an operational environment. Must be technically inclined and able to work independently.


Preferred Requirements:

Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or similar discipline. Educational requirements may be waived for personnel possessing a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Remedy developer or Administrator. This position also requires 2-3 years of experience in analysis, design, development and management of medium-scale client-server applications, documentation creation in a windows based environments. Also, knowledge of the Remedy Mid-Tier and AR Email engine is highly desirable. You must have experience in SQL Server 2000, installing Remedy ARS 5.x and 6.x and other Remedy or BMC products.

Requires TS/SSBI Security Clearance a Secret security clearance will be considered
