Hi all!!

I have 2 questions/problems with midtier.

1) I can log in and reach the home page defined by me. In this form,
there's a table that should show links to anothers forms. Via user tool,
the table is populated. Via mid-tier, not (the same user, server...)

2) Today morning, I could enter the Remedy Configuration tool, but right
now, I'm getting this error:

javax.servlet.ServletException: RequestDispatcher.forward()/include()
failed to get servlet: null

I've already restarted servletexec, but still can't login into
configuration tool (but I can log in the ars application, and get the
problem 1 ;) )

Remedy 6.3
New Atlanta ServletExec 5.0
Solaris 8

Any ideas?

TIA,

Rafael Bertolini

Hi Rafael,

I've had the same error with the config tool you described in problem 2.

Restarting ServletExec didn't help, but restarting the server itself did. I'd guess it may have been a locked file, but that is just a guess. Either way, after restarting the server, the error disappeared.
