Laurie,
This is just a guess, but have you tried making the ending time 23:59:59 instead of 24:00 for the weekday end times? If I remember correctly, the 4.05.02 version of the Business Time Workdays form provided character fields in which to enter the start and end times. The newer versions (5.1+) implement the Time field type for these fields, which make it impossible to specify 24:00 as an end time. I'm wondering if the business time function is somehow disregarding your WorkdayTag record due to the invalid end times. If this is the case, the function would most likely revert to the default, which is a 24/7 workday schedule.

Subject: Application-Bus-Time-Subtract problems
**
Having problems with Application-Bus-Time-Subtract calculating correctly. Basically, I want to set a date/time field to 6:00 pm one (business) day prior to a specified date that is displayed in Date format. I have an AL that sets the date/time field using the following process: $PROCESS$ @@:Application-Bus-Time-Subtract $OpeningDate$ 6 3 "HolidayTag" "WorkdayTag". This works fine for normal workdays, but if the selected date is a Monday, the field gets set to Sunday at 6 pm. I want weekends and holidays excluded in this calculation - what am I doing wrong? Workday and Holiday file info is listed below (and only one record exists in each of the forms):
Workday record (tag called WorkdayTag)
Monday - Friday --> 0:00 - 24:00
Saturday and Sunday have null open and close times (this doesn't assume a 24-hr open time, does it?)
Holiday record (tag called HolidayTag)
1/2/06

2/20/06
5/29/06
7/4/06
9/4/06
